I’m Chris and I’m stoked to be part of The Stretch Space as a Stretch Therapist. My journey into stretch therapy started with a personal quest to figure out my own body, fix those annoying imbalances, and tackle long-term injuries.
Growing up playing every sport under the sun to aging and being slowed down by injuries, I know the sheer frustration of being held hostage by pain and immobility. I’ve had my fair share of serious injuries, and trust me, I know how it feels when your body refuses to play nice. That’s why I’m so passionate about helping others find that sweet freedom in their bodies and feel youthful and vibrant again.
Before discovering my calling in stretch therapy, I spent seven years as a desk jockey, optimizing website performance. Sitting for ages? Not great for those old sports injuries. It made me realize how vital movement is for clear thinking and general happiness. I totally get the struggle of being chained to a desk when all you want to do is move!
This epiphany ignited my passion for helping folks who feel stressed and tight find calmness through movement. I’m all about that mind-body connection, believing it’s the secret to clarity and freedom. Stretch therapy is like balancing and unwinding all those tight spots while giving your nervous system a big, relaxing hug.
I can’t wait to share what I’ve learned and help you shake off the stress and tension you’ve been lugging around. Let’s team up to achieve a balanced, and rejuvenated body. I’m excited to meet you in the studio!

Kestrel was first introduced to Fascial Stretch Therapy in 2018, after booking a session at the Stretch Space as recommended by a friend. She could not believe the striking difference compared to years of massage and other hands-on therapies.
With a background as a professional dancer, Kestrel has always been passionate about restorative practices, a tool learned out of necessity from her many years of high intensity dance training. She knew how powerful consistent body awareness modalities were in bettering not only her artistic craft but day to day living. Fascial Stretch Therapy was the missing piece.
Kestrel holds a BFA in Dance from Simon Fraser University and has performed professionally. She is trained in Level 2 Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST) through Stretch to Win Institute as well as Soft Release Therapy (SRT) and is currently continuing her education as a Corrective Exercise Specialist through National Association of Sports Medicine (NASM).
Her interests as a therapist lay in educating her clients in small practices that make big differences. She is passionate that everyone is a born mover and is committed to helping clients find ease and new possibilities in their bodies.
