Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST) is table-based assisted stretching performed by a certified practitioner. FST works with the connective tissue system in the body (fascial lines) to create more range of motion, reduce tension and stiffness, improve circulation, improve flexibility and accelerate athletic performance. FST is gentle yet deep, feels great and is suitable for people of all ages and athletic abilities. Clients wear flexible athletic clothing during sessions. 90 minute and 60 minute FST sessions are available.

Movement Training with us will get you in great shape while improving movement patterns, reducing aches and pains, preventing injuries and learning tools for a lifetime of healthy movement. Every body is different, therefore every training session is different. Our training system is inspired by contemporary dance, yoga, pilates, martial arts, functional strength training and athletics. Breathwork is a powerful tool to help you take control of your health, improve performance and to thrive in life. Most of us have not been taught how to breathe effectively and as we experience the ups and downs of life our breath patterns can take a hit without continued processing. As the flow of our breath becomes interrupted so can the flow of our life. This session is a chance to dive deep into your breath and retrain it towards a full and connected breath. In doing so we can unravel some past emotions and move some energy to free us up for more in life.

Breathwork has been scientifically proven to be extremely beneficial in the healing of injuries, chronic pain, inflammation, stress and anxiety, among many other benefits. Our breathwork sessions are based on a variety of breathing modalities including extensive training with the Wim Hof Method® and Conscious Connected Breathing. Breathwork sessions and classes also typically include some gentle movement work to further optimize and integrate the breath.
